Job Overview:

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant – Marketing and Content Coordinator to support marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive communicator who can manage digital assets, run creative tests and coordinate with content contractors. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Run image and video content tests on platforms like Meta
  • Track and organize content assets in Google Drive
  • Manage communication with content creators, editors, and designers
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and progress from contractors
  • Assist with publishing/uploading content as needed
  • Create simple graphics and documents in Canva
  • Post content on Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Support management of the Instagram account

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written communication via email, Slack, and task management platforms
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating creative teams or contractors
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta and content testing strategies
