Documented Training Baseline

Together with the client, we will facilitate the creation of all necessary modules and materials needed from training all the way to operations. We follow an effective visual content type of presentation so it's easier for everyone to follow the step by step process regardless of experience and level of understanding. Only our clients give the final sign-off or approval which is a way to confirm that training materials are correct and in accordance to the specifications and process of the business owner.

We also update all resource materials as needed and will give timely refresher short training sessions to ensure everyone is on the same page with any changes made on the existing processes and practices.

For Safekeeping and easy reference, all materials will be stored in Staff's internal shared drive and intranet which access is strictly for employees only and confidential.
