Job Overview
We are hiring a Catalog Matching Analyst to help ensure product accuracy and consistency across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured tasks, have strong reading comprehension skills and are comfortable working with large sets of product data.
Responsibilities
- Validate new products and variations for accuracy before publishing
- Review product listings including titles, descriptions and attributes for correctness
- Identify and fix inconsistencies, mismatches and incomplete catalog entries
- Reactivate listings in compliance with marketplace guidelines
- Support large-scale product launches and catalog improvement initiatives
- Work with internal teams and partners to resolve catalog issues and maintain listing quality
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong attention to detail and high reading comprehension
- Comfortable handling repetitive data-driven tasks
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Organized and able to manage priorities independently
