Accountant working with financial reports

When the numbers stop keeping up with the business

The bookkeeping is a month behind, payables get paid late, close takes three weeks. A dedicated offshore finance team sits in between — consistent daily execution and a real close calendar, at a fraction of a domestic hire.

How we protect financial data and maintain separation of duties

Financial access raises a concern that general data-security answers do not cover: not just whether the data is safe, but whether any one person can move money unchecked.

Access control

Access is scoped to the task, not the person.

  • Named logins with MFA, no shared credentials
  • Least-privilege roles reviewed each quarter
  • Payment initiation and approval kept separate
  • System activity logged and reviewable by you

Frequently asked questions

We've compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions to provide you with quick answers. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our team we’re happy to help!

Work happens inside your systems under named logins with multi-factor authentication — no shared credentials, and no financial data copied to local machines. Roles are least-privilege and reviewed each quarter, system activity is logged and reviewable by you, and teams work on-site in a secured facility under confidentiality agreements after background checks.

Payment initiation and approval are kept separate, and final approval authority stays with you. Whoever prepares a payment run is never the person who releases it. Role assignments are reviewed each quarter so responsibilities do not quietly merge as the team grows or people change.

We work inside your existing stack rather than asking you to migrate. Day to day that usually means QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics 365 on the ledger side, Bill.com for payables approval routing, Gusto or ADP for payroll, and Power BI where your reporting already lives there. If you run something else, tell us and we will confirm fit before an engagement starts.

It depends on scope and how quickly access can be arranged on your side. We scope the workflow first, agree the close calendar and the access model, then start with a dedicated bookkeeper and add specialists as volume justifies it. You get a dated plan before you commit to anything.

Pricing follows the team you need rather than a transaction count. You can start with one bookkeeper and add an AP/AR specialist or a senior reviewer as volume justifies it, then scale back after busy season. We quote once the workflow has been scoped.

P&L, balance sheet and cash flow on your close calendar, plus the operational reporting your leadership team actually reads. You also get visibility of the close itself — the checklist, what is outstanding and where it sits — rather than only the finished pack.
