Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of product data including specifications, pricing and images to ensure accuracy
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining strict quality standards
- Maintain and update dashboards to track inventory, sales and operational metrics
- Monitor tickets and workflows to ensure timely resolution of data-related issues
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks using spreadsheet functions and automation
- Ensure consistency and reliability of product catalogs across systems and platforms
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience in data entry, data analysis or eCommerce operations
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, basic automation)
