This role combines data analysis, product listing management, SEO optimization and marketplace performance monitoring. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys working with structured data and can develop efficient workflows to support thousands of product listings across multiple online sales channels.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Catalog Operations
- Export, organize and manage large product datasets from internal systems
- Manipulate and structure data using Excel, CSV and spreadsheet tools for marketplace uploads
- Ensure product information, attributes, specifications and pricing are accurate and complete
- Maintain catalog integrity across multiple eCommerce channels
Marketplace Listing & Optimization
- Create, optimize and publish product listings across various online marketplaces
- Research and complete missing product attributes using verified sources
- Manage bulk imports, exports and listing updates efficiently
- Monitor listing quality and compliance requirements across platforms
SEO & Performance Analysis
- Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes and backend fields for search visibility
- Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions
- Analyze marketplace metrics and recommend improvements to content quality and catalog performance
