Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Director to support the Site Director in leading daily operations, managing teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. This role is responsible for operational oversight, talent development, compliance management and strategic coordination. The Deputy Director serves as a key operational leader and decision-maker, ensuring continuity of operations and business performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Approve and validate employee leave requests in accordance with company policies
  • Audit and verify Daily Time Records (DTRs) to ensure accurate attendance tracking and client billing
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct and legal standards
  • Mentor and coach employees to support professional growth and leadership development
  • Identify high-potential team members and create personalized career development plans
  • Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to promotion and succession discussions
  • Assist in operational budget planning, monitoring and cost optimization initiatives
  • Participate in senior management discussions and provide insights for strategic decisions
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance to drive process improvements
  • Foster a collaborative, positive and high-performing work environment
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure seamless site operations
  • Represent the organization in internal meetings, industry events and conferences when required
  • Support succession planning and long-term talent management initiatives
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Site Director

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Proven leadership experience in a BPO, outsourcing or large-scale service organization
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, operational management and compliance standards
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience collaborating with operations leaders, account managers and executive leadership
