Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives across paid media, organic content, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, public relations and SEO. This leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing marketing engine that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

 

Responsibilities

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Develop, launch and optimize advertising campaigns across MEta, TikTok and other digital platforms
  • Manage audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation and campaign performance
  • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR and conversion rates to maximize marketing efficiency
  • Own and manage advertising budgets with accountability for performance and return on investment.

Content & Creative Strategy

  • Create, review and approve marketing content, scripts and creative briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-performing visual and video content
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

Influencer, Affiliate & Partnership Management

  • Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, affiliates and brand ambassadors
  • Oversee partnership agreements, deliverables and performance tracking
  • Expand brand reach through strategic collaborations and community-building initiatives

Organic Social Media & Brand Growth

  • Lead social media strategy, content planning, publishing and community engagement
  • Identify trends and opportunities to increase audience growth and engagement
  • Ensure cohesive brand representation across all platforms

Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Develop and execute PR initiatives to increase brand visibility
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, industry publications and strategic partners
  • Coordinate product placements, press releases and earned media opportunities

Budget & Marketing Operations

  • Own and manage the overall marketing budget
  • Allocate resources across channels based on performance and growth objectives
  • Track ROI and regularly report marketing performance to leadership

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility
  • Manage content calendars, keyword strategies and blog production efforts
  • Coordinate with content creators and contractors to support SEO goals

 

Job Qualifications and Skill Set

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within eCommerce or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager, including campaign strategy, budget ownership and ROAS accountability
  • Excellent copywriting, content development and scriptwriting skills
  • Experience managing contractors, agencies, content creators and external partners
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and partnership development
  • Experience developing and executing SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with video editing and content repurposing tools such as Opus Clips or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management, communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
