Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings for an eCommerce business in the industrial and hardware supply space. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, complete and high-quality product data across online platforms. Ideal candidates are highly organized, data-driven and comfortable working with large catalogs of technical products.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain product listings across eCommerce platforms
• Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing and images
• Organize and standardize product data from suppliers and internal sources
• Categorize products correctly based on taxonomy and industry standards
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct listing errors or inconsistencies
• Manage bulk uploads and updates using spreadsheets or platform tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and catalog updates
• Optimize listings for search visibility and user experience
