We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified opportunities for a growing B2B software and training solutions company. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in identifying prospects, booking demos, managing sales activities and helping move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Execute daily outreach campaigns through email, phone and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries
- Use sales tools and AI-powered platforms to personalize outreach at scale
- Generate qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent outbound activity levels and follow-up schedules
Sales Qualification & Opportunity Management
- Conduct discovery calls using established qualification frameworks
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective clients
- Manage smaller sales opportunities from qualification through close
- Coordinate with senior leadership on larger or more complex deals
- Guide prospects through the sales process and maintain momentum toward the next step
CRM & Sales Operations
- Accurately document all sales activities, conversations and opportunities within the CRM
- Track pipeline progress and ensure timely follow-up on all active prospects
- Monitor outreach performance and contribute to sales reporting efforts
- Leverage automation, prospecting tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency
Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through marketing and website channels
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to sales engagement
Job Qualifications and Skill Set
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling or sales development
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage prospects through email, phone and LinkedIn
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar systems
- Comfortable using sales automation, prospecting and AI-powered tools
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up discipline
- Coachable, process-driven and committed to executing proven sales methodologies
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, subscription-based services or technology sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting platforms
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and closing transactional sales opportunities
