Systems & Digital Media Specialist (Night Shift, Onsite)

About the role
Our client, a US company, needs a hands-on specialist who keeps their business systems running and creates their social media content. You will look after Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) day to day, fix issues, keep the integrations working, and produce the posts, reels and videos that go out on their channels.
What you will do
- Systems: administer Salesforce, troubleshoot CTM call routing and integrations, manage the Meta business platforms, and support Slack and other connected tools.
- Content: create and publish social media posts, reels, videos and graphics, edit footage, keep the content calendar and keep the branding consistent.
- App: update the client's app content, spot usability improvements, handle routine fixes yourself, and work with the development team on larger changes.
What you bring
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) and Meta Business tools.
- A portfolio of your own content: social posts, video editing and branding work.
- Relevant IT certifications are required.
- App management experience is a plus.
- A degree is not required. Extra technical skills are a plus.
Details
- Onsite at our office in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
- Night shift (US business hours), Monday to Friday.
- Full time, 40 to 48 hours a week. The client is also open to two part-time specialists instead: one for Salesforce and CTM, one for Meta and content. If you would rather work part-time, tell us which side you prefer.
