Technical Trainer
Job Overview
We’re building the future of workforce training through the launch of our in-house learning and development arm. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs, support pre-hire bootcamps and help shape a culture of learning that prepares individuals for client success and real career growth.
Responsibilities
• Deliver skill-specific training aligned with real-world technical and client requirements
• Design and develop engaging training modules, assessments and learning materials
• Conduct pre-hire bootcamps to improve recruitment outcomes and technical readiness
• Support accreditation processes and TESDA-aligned competency training standards
• Collaborate with the talent and culture teams to build SOS Academy’s systems and roadmap
• Track learner performance, provide feedback and continuously improve training delivery
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
• At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Trainer or QA in BPO or shared services
• Strong knowledge of BPO platforms, tools or systems
• Background in learning and development or operations training
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• TESDA TM I/TM II or NC certifications are a plus
• A passion for people development and continuous learning
