Every role is full time and on site at our office in Cebu Business Park. Most run on the night shift, our US and Canadian clients' business hours; roles for Australian clients run on the day shift. You are hired by us and work with one client's team, with an account manager who looks after you and the account.
Every applicant gets a reply, and the process moves in days: a screening call in our evening, a short assessment, an interview with the account manager, and for some roles a video interview with the client's team. We never ask for payment, training fees or personal documents before a written job offer.
