Order processing. Purchase orders that arrive by email, PDF, customer portal or EDI, entered into your ERP and checked against your price lists and part numbers. The team confirms ship dates, sends order acknowledgments and logs change orders.
Supplier and purchasing admin. Vendor records, purchase orders issued for your buyers to approve, follow-up on confirmations and delivery dates, and receipts matched to invoices.
Inventory and item data management. Item master and bill of materials data entry, cycle count reconciliation, lot records and cleanup of duplicate part records. Large backlogs go to our data entry outsourcing team.
